 1. Application                                                                                                                           

        Coloring power source is a kind of power device mainly applied for the coloring on the surface of aluminum alloy sections. By means of outputting DC voltage and symmetrical sine wave AC voltage on the mixture solution of metal salts such as vitriol solution, organic acid, stannous sulfate and nickel sulfate etc at certain thickness, the surface of the aluminum section with oxidation film put into the solution can have chemical reaction and thus produce metal ions that will settle in the holes on the oxidation film, then we can see various colors on the surface of the aluminum alloy sections. Different metal salt solution may have different color. 

 2. Working principle                                                                                                                 

      Coloring power source consists of main transformer, voltage regulator, control system, cooling system and remote touch screen control box. It adopts high frequency IGBT as semiconductor component and PWM modulation technology. It is modular structure design, easy to expand output current capacity, several rectifier modules could be connected in parallel and mounted in stack up to 20 modules to make more current single rectifier. has independent power modules, each module could output independently or output in parallel connection.
