Product Introduction:
The KGDF series silicon controlled electroplating rectifier adopts 6 pulse or 12 pulse SCR rectifier. It is mainly used as all kinds of metal and nonmetal surface electroplating power supplies, such as electroplating zinc, nickel, chrome and titanium, and so on. Our electroplating rectifiers havemany protection functions, such as openphase, overvoltage, under voltage, quick fuse or fuse alarm protections of AC power supply, output over current and current limiting protections. This SCR rectifier also possesses output short circuit and instantaneous overload protections, SCR components, rectification transformer and bus copper bar overheating, fan overheating or excess water pressure and low block trigger pulse protections. 

Main Technical Features of Silicon Controlled Electroplating Rectifier:
1. This SCR rectifier adopts local or remote mode to operate.
2. Constant current and constant voltage control modes are optional for customers.
3. The electroplating rectifier uses SCR phase-shifting voltage for regulation and rectification.
4. Rectification transformer adopts three-core five-column structure. The iron core uses good oriented silicon steel sheet and the transformer coil are winded by full copper wires. The no-load loss of SCR rectifier is less than 2%, saving 8-10% electricity than common three-phase three column rectification transformers.
5. SCR trigger controller adopts DSP microcomputer digital trigger control.
6. The electroplating rectifier can configure different remote control operation boxes according to customers' situations.
7. We can provide CAN BUS, PROFIBUS, ETHERNET, RS485 and RS232 fiber communication to realize remote control or monitoring.
8. We use export wooden case package after fumigation treatment. With waterproof, anti collision and good fixation, package will be strong and durable during transportation to stop damage.
9. The delivery time of silicon controlled electroplating rectifier will be four to eight weeks decided by your technical data.
