For monosilicon growth, the stability and reliability of DC power supply are very high. GERE adopts DSP chip of TI company, independently developed fully digital controller and realized phase-shift full bridge soft switching, redundancy design, double closed loop control and so on. The double output power supply integrate the main heating power supply and the bottom heating power supply.
Fully digital control, digital sampling and digital signal transmission ensure the stability during the signal transmission process; closed loop control of voltage / current / power; use 16 bit ADC (analog to digital conversion) chip to make the control accuracy up to 1/65535. DSP has the advantages of high accuracy, fast computing ability, high resolution and high pulse symmetry, avoiding the imbalance of output current due to pulse asymmetry.
