1. Application
Hard Chrome plating (also known as "Industrial Chrome”) is applied to ferrous and nonferrous materials to improve wear and abrasion resistance, reduce friction, prevent seizing and galling, and to restore the dimensions of undersized parts. It is used in a variety of industries including: Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, Lawn and Garden and many more.
Hard Chrome Plating is an electrolytic process using chromic acid based electrolyte. The part being the cathode and, with the passage of a DC current through lead anodes, chromium metal deposits on the component surface. The necessary requirements for plating: external DC power supply, electroplating solution, electrolyzer constituted by plating workpiece and anode.

2. Working principle
Three phase AC input is converted to DC through rectification and filter, then DC voltage is transformed to DC output through phase shift full bridge PWM DC/DC converter.

The size can be customized according to customer requirements.
5. Protection functions
The rectifier provides below protections to protect the rectifier and the system.
When the protection happens, the touch panel will show alarming information, alarm light turns to red color on touch panel(at normal running, it is green color), touch panel generate alarm sounds, and alarm light and buzzer on rectifier front door is illuminated.
